There are many things to admire about this regal antique French armoire or wardrobe in the Louis XV Rococo style, but the first thing that will probably strike you is the flamboyant silhouette. The gorgeous wavy shape of the top of the armoire is crowned with a large and fabulously flourishing carving that immediately makes a decorative statement. Dating to circa 1900, the French armoire is beautifully crafted in the Louis XV Rococo style that always has a very feminine and flamboyant look. The mellow, aged walnut wood boasts pretty carvings on the two paneled side doors. The center door features a shapely large mirror that will make dressing for dinner a breeze and reflect tons of light into your space. You will also find mirrors on the interior of the side doors. Inside youll find storage on shelves and in drawers, offering plenty of space to tuck away your best linens or clothing. Chairs considered 'good condition' may have professional structural repairs but are considered to be structurally sound. These types of repairs may be visible upon close inspection. Upholstered items may show wear consistent with age and use and may need to be reupholstered.
