The Negrito masks of Michoacán are used for the Danza de los Negritos. This mask is most likely from Uruapan, Michoacán. All the masks I am selling were part of my fathers collection. As far as I know everything was purchased in the 1980's mostly from museum/Smithsonian collections. When comparing this mask to others it appears to be from the 1970's. Please message me before purchase with any questions and I will try to answer them as best as I can. However for most of the masks I only know as much as I can find from engravings or stickers located inside and then researching.
