Several hours of testing and playing goes into each unit before they are placed on the shelf and ready to go.  While cleaning, inspecting and adjustment if needed, the consoles are always placed FLAT (Horizontal) as pictured.  After the purchase is made, they go back for final testing.  Only consoles that pass our thorough testing get shipped out.  You will not be disappointed !!

We have thoroughly checked and tested the PS2 console and all works well.  The unit loads games quickly and is ready to go.  We made sure that it loads all format as it should including DVD movies and both Playstation 1 & 2 games.  These will read the blue, black and silver backed discs during testing.  The controller port is tested and working and so are all the switches.  The memory card slot recognizes my card and saved games also.  NOTE, No memory card is included in this package.

The consoles are very clean but pre-owned and will show some usage marks, light scratches and or  handling wear.  Possible small chips or cracks in the casing corners may be present as well.  The front tray trim bezel will be intact on all of our consoles as well as the feet pads on the bottom.  NOTE; The expansion bay cover in the back may be missing on some consoles.  If you want to be sure to have the cover attached please specify when purchasing.  This is only cosmetic.

AGAIN; we are supplying brand new cords and 1 brand new controller.  Some packaging of the controllers may vary from the pictures, but all accessories are in brand new condition.  Color of controller may vary depending on our stock on hand.  Get ready to start playing as soon as it arrives.

RETURN  POLICY  INFORMATION...
 Returns will be inspected and granted only when you pack and send the items in the same condition in which they were shipped.  Our consoles have been numbered and internally marked, we will not refund if you opened our consoles and changed or exchanged any parts.

ALL Returns received after 14 days will NOT be eligible for full credit. Items that were used or played especially will have deductions against the full purchase price.  Original shipping charges will not be credited as well, especially when there are no defects in the ordered items.  Restocking fees will be eligible on all items up to the 30 day return period.

All orders will ship within 2 business days, typically the weekend is NOT included.  For example, if you place an order on Thursday or Friday, it may not ship out until Monday or Tuesday of the next week.  However, we ship and process quickly and use USPS Priority service or FedEx Home Delivery, these orders arrive very promptly.
