DELIVERY
Delivery will normally be made within three to five working days from order, and Indi Stone's courier will contact you to arrange a suitable day for delivery. Unfortunately we cannot give timed or estimated time of delivery. Delivery will be made on the arranged day between 8am-6.30pm. Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
All deliveries will be made to the kerbside. Deliveries will not be able to be made on grass, gravel or slopes. Ensure the delivery area is flat and solid enough to take the weight of a pallet truck carrying up to 1 tonne in weight. Please ensure that there are no constraints which may restrict access to your address for a 18.5 tonne delivery vehicle.Whilst we do our utmost to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, it is important to allow a total of 5% for cuts, wastage and for a small number of potential breakages when ordering.
We always check each pallet before it is dispatched, if you should find any problem with your order or even have any suspicion of damage, please sign for goods as damaged. We will not be able to arrange replacements or credit if delivery is not signed for as damaged.
You have 24 hours from the time of delivery in which to report details of any damaged or missing items. We'll be happy to refund value of any additional (above 5%) breakage. Alternatively, we can provide replacement of any product at cost of shipping. Written and photographic evidence will be required in order for us to follow up your requests.
If you refuse the goods or are unable to accept the goods at the time, a re-delivery charge will be made. These charges are set by the delivery network.
Delivery addresses
Indi Stone delivers to all UK mainland addresses. There is, however, a minimal additional charge for deliveries within Scotland, Wales, the Channel Isles and Northern/Republic of Ireland
Returns Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of receiving delivery. The product must be unused and in the original packaging. A full refund will be credited, minus the relevant collection and restocking charges.
