receiver, etc through its RCA yellow or S-Video for separate video out and audio

or use it the other way around for combining the composite RCA video or s-video with audio
into Scart type terminal for hookup with TV display that support scart input.

This passive type video audio adapter works with no external power supply needed. Simply
choose which
way to use from this scart video audio adapter and set the switch for the
directional process and hookup with your A/V source and display. That is all.

Simultaneous Video Outputs
When exacting the video from scart device, both the composite RCA video
output and S-video output are simultaneously available.

Selectable Input/Output Switch
With the built-in Input/Output switch, this adapter can use in 2 ways.
When set the dip switch to "Input" mode, it can combine or inject the RCA video or S-video input along with audio feed through its scart connector for output or hookup with TV display or other home A/V equipments using scart type connector for hookup.
When set the dip switch to "Output" mode, it can extract the video audio embedded from Scart A/V output from DVD player, game console, etc through its RCA connectors or S-Video for standard video audio output.
