DESCRIPTION:   First day issue stamp covers were sent out to subscribers postmarked the day of issue. The information page is approximately 8x10.  It has a full tab to the left with two notebook holes for a collection book which could be easily trimmed off for framing.  There is the actual FIRST DAY ISSUE stamp cover envelope attached.
