If the buyer is unhappy with their purchase. Items must be returned to us under the Distance Selling Regulations within 30 days of delivery with NO seals or packaging disturbed or broken and the product unused. A full refund will be given on receipt of goods. Postage either way will not be refunded and the bidder is fully responsible for the items safe return to us in pristine condition. In auctions with free shipping the shipping price will be deducted from the refund at cost price.
Faulty new items are covered by the manufacturer's return to base 12 month warranty in most cases. The items shall be repaired or replaced with a similar condition item by us once the returned item has been tested by ourselves and found to be faulty.
