Our goods are issued New Sealed,during international transport, sometimes something unexpected happened because of the long shipping on the way to reach you.This we really can not control hope you could understand us little.

If you received the items are not in good condition,or are not happy with your purchase or any part of the service that we have provided, please feel free contact us,by ebay message,with picture of the item you got about the matter first,to reflect the problem,instead of leaving negative or neutral feedback or low detailed seller ratings or opening any case,we will definitely offer you a good solution.Please do not worry about it.

Warranty & RETURN POLICY: 

Warranty:
All items comes with 12 months warranty and Warranty period starts from arrival day.
All items is guaranteed to be working upon arrival.
A warranty claim must be received before the end of the warranty period and the item must be handled to us within two weeks after the period has ended. 
At warranty claims, the customer will be responsible for pay the return postage fees. If the unit cannot be repaired or replaced, your purchase amount, except shipping costs, will be repaid. 
If the item is found to have been damaged by the customer by for instance rough handling, wrong installation or extreme temperatures, the warranty is not valid.

Return:
If an unit is received defective, of course we take it back or replace it. 
If the unit is received as expected, we must charge for our expenses if you want to send it back. 
We have to charge for the work of handling, retesting and restocking.

PAYMENT:
Our payment for international orders the only accepted payment method is via PayPal.
