NOTE:If the parcel doesn't arrive in 2 months after the order is shipped, we could arrange reshipment for normal airmail orders with insurance to most countries. For South American countries, we could start the investigation if the package doesn't arrive in 2 months and arrange the reshipment 3 months after the order shipping date if there is no information on the tracking site.
