It sounds like the game disk case inside the box is loose. I’m not sure if it’s a standard occurrence or not.

Box has some shelf wear. Photos are of actual item and best angles to show wear. Seal is perfectly in tact. If you would like more photos feel free to ask. Due to lighting and the many angles to show all minor box dings and dents some might have been missed.
