Vintage 70's Little Baby Girl or Boy Quiltex Smiley Faces Bodysuit Romper with Hood is in 'Good' condition with some light fading as seen in the photographs very consistent with age & use. The zipper works very well, there is no visible staining. We are guessing that this is a 6-12 month sizing. From the top of the zipper to the crotch area is roughly 12 inches & to the bottom of the foot is just under 20 inches. From the bottom of the armpit seam to seam is 11 inches across. This sweet little outfit has only been worn with only one child, treasured through the decades in hopes to have been used in the next generation & is now ready to find its next precious home.
