USS Quinnebaug c/o U.S. Counsel Naples Italy postmarked PARIS 23 FEB 86 with a partial postmark on back from Napoli - The USS Quinnebaug was a US Navy Screw Corvette in service from 1875 - 1889 and was in service with the European Squadron from 1879 - 1889
