Installation instructions:
Electric suction cups in the use of the following conditions to meet the maximum suction value:
1. The object to be sucked must be a good magnetic conductivity of the material
2. The correct use of power and voltage
3. The surface of the object to be sucked should be very flat and clean
4. The suction contact area of the object to be sucked must be greater than or equal to the suction surface of the electromagnet (the maximum outer diameter of the electric suction cup)
5. The thickness of the object to be sucked is more than 8mm to reach the nominal value of the suction force, the thickness decreases the suction force also decreases
6. And the object to be sucked can not have distance, can not be separated from any object
If any of the above conditions are violated, the suction force will be reduced and will not reach the maximum suction force value indicated by the electric suction cup.
7. In the rated voltage and its range of energization rate is 100%, you can adjust the voltage size to adjust the size of the suction force (positive relationship)
