This vintage luncheon plate was produced by Italian company Quadrifoglio.

The plate is decorated with a pink inner band and rim and embellished with a pink apple and pear.  The plate is a cream to white colour.

Additional Info: Il quadrifoglio was founded in Italy in the mid 1950s.  The company produced signature and quality home wares which they sold exclusively in Florence in the 1970s.  Their main designer was Milvia who studied ceramics in Florence.  Quadrifoglio ceramics have a distinctive Mid Century style and certainly are on trend at the moment...  Il Quadrifoglio translates as 'four leaf clover'.  It signifies good luck and  it is also the green badge used by car manufacturer Alfa Romeo.
