Hi Friends. This is such a classic & lovely pattern. This little toothpick holder or sauce dish is signed "RUSS", so I'd imagine they bought a license from Baker Hart Stuart? I don't know if companies other than BHS used the same decal or came close, so please do your own research.It's a cute little piece, standing about 2 1/8" tall.
