These are a size M.  The waist is narrow elastic and fits from approximately 27" to approximately 35".   Each row of lace is stitched with elastic thread for maximum comfort and optimal fit.

The length is approximately 13-1/2" measured from the seam at the bottom of the waistband to the bottom of the last row of lace.  There are 7 rows of lace in all.  The body of the pettipants is black nylon.  Hand wash warm and drip dry.  The pettipants are from a smoke-free, pet-free environment.
