The posters are amazing and will be wrapped in some bubble wrap and then shipped in a proper poster tube, but the posters were all packed by hand so it's possible there might be a couple of tiny imperfections - please don't assume they're going to be microscopically perfect! Please also note that while we'll package the posters in a strong poster tube, we can't accept any claim for damage to the poster/tube which has been done in transit. For the cost of shipping and the effort to pack the posters compared to the price we're charging for them, it's just not worth the hassle of spending hours and hours trying to make a claim with the post office. If you have a problem with this, then either don't buy or message us to enquire about better shipping - i.e. double tubing the posters (a tube within a tube) or a tube within a box if that fits within the shipping dimension constraints, but this requires a lot more time and because it's heavier, will cost more to ship. Depending on where in the world you live, this could add a fair bit to the postage price but if you really want these posters and you want them to arrive in the same condition we send them in, this is absolutely the only option. As we said, as standard we do send them in a proper large diameter strong / thick poster tube which is already better than what the NG.Dev direct used to send them to customers in (if they've even sent them - we know people who bought the Dragon box at launch and never received the posters - they later admitted to us that sending posters is a big hassle!) so it's not like we're making excuses or trying to extract more money. It's just how it is. Most posters arrive just fine and most people are happy but we've had a couple of people disappointed with damage to the tube and the posters inside over the years. Also if you really care about the condition of your posters to the extent that you're happy to pay extra for the big box shipping, then it might be an idea to also consider getting some of the other posters at the same time to combine shipping and reduce the average shipping cost per item we always have more posters available than we have listed for sale, whether it's old Arcade or PS1 or Dreamcast posters, or new PS4 / PS5 / Switch game posters.
