Up for sale is a custom Ted Miller TMCK Skinner Knife.
Cherokee Knife Maker, Ted Miller is an American Indian Artisan, of Miami-Peoria-Cherokee heritage. 
He won over fifty significant awards and sadly passed away in 2008. 
He carves images of his heritage and culture from stories passed down through his ancestors. 
Black handles are made from Buffalo horn with natural turquoise for the eyes. 
The blades for the knives are hand-shaped, sharpened, polished  & heat-treated individually from 440C stainless steel.
Each knife is individually numbered and one of a kind.
The knife features a buffalo horn handle that ends in a wolfs head with turquoise eyes.
Scrimshaw scene on one side is of a wolf coming out of a fire and a partial moon above.
Scrimshaw scene on the other side is of an eagle coming out of a fire with a full moon above.
Engraved at the Ricasso above the decorated brass guard with TM B295.
Full knife length is 9.5" while the blade is 3.25".
The knife is in wonderful condition but does have some signs of wear from display.
There are some light surface scratches/scuffs in the blade.
The blade was never used nor was it ever sharpened.
The brass guard has some patina as well.
Overall the knife is in beautiful condition and just an incredible piece.
