1. The cable schemes used by different manufacturers may be different. DALY company adopts 2.0mm or 2.5mm pitch solution. Before ordering, please confirm that the pin pitch is 2.0mm or 2.5mm (if you order wrong, we will not pay for your mistake.)

2. Cables above 20S need to be ordered in combination, for example: 20S cables can be 16PIN+5PIN, or 18PIN+3PIN, depending on your BMS model, please check and order.

3. Different manufacturers will produce different products, including cables and plugs. Not all cables on the market are universal. Want to know whether the original wire can be used on our protection board, first of all, we must meet 3 conditions

① Is the number of sampling lines on the cable the same? For example, for a 3-string protection board, some cables have 3 sampling lines, some have 4 sampling lines, and DALY BMS has 4 sampling lines.

②Whether the welding direction and sequence of the cables are the same is the most critical condition. If the direction sequence is not the same, it will cause the protection board to short-circuit and heat up, and eventually burn out.

③ The size and length of the cable plug are the same, and the pin spacing is the same.

• Material: Copper.

• Specification: 3P-18P.

• Cable socket: high-end nylon plug with metal parts on the plug port to better detect the voltage of each string of batteries.

•  Cable material: The outer layer is composed of a variety of rubber materials to prevent short circuit and overcurrent from damaging the protection board.

• Cable color: cables are distinguished by red and black. The first one is black and connects to the battery's overall negative pole, the other red wires are connected to the battery's positive pole, and the last one is connected to the battery's overall positive pole.
