We don't do partial refunds. If the item is not 100% satisfactory to you, return it for a refund. Partial refunds are a common scamming technique on eBay so sellers are advised not to give them. We also do videos documenting our packaging the items as that provides the post office proof we shipped the items. They require proof for mail fraud when people switch out the item and send back something else, stuff like that. We also don't do second chance offers so if you get one on one of our items, it is not from us! We don't want anyone to get scammed!
