This piece is brand new in box.  Sticker on top is original seal. Cellophane has obviously been removed and so the bottom can be cracked open. But game and manual have never been touched. Box and cover art  are in pristine condition. This was a Sony employee's promo copy. This is the reason there is a circle punch in the upc.  It came from the factory with this hole punch specifically for promo purposes. Please reach out with any questions.
