About the Product

The botanical name for the blue lily flower, Nelumbo nucifera, is used to make blue lotus tea. The blue water lily is a stunning flower with an alluring scent that has been employed in herbal wonders since the time of the ancient Egyptians, Thais, and Syrians.

The blue lotus flower was utilized in festivals by the ancient Egyptians, who also made blue lotus wine out of it. The blossom was regarded as the solar god Ra's emblematic flower. This plant must not be mistaken with the blue lotus of the Nile River, another blue lily made from the Nymphaea caerulea species.

The blue lily is a plant that grows in water and floats on top while its roots penetrate the ground deeply. The plant opens at night and blooms during the day. The sacred flower has been linked to psychedelic effects and lucid dreaming, which has led to modern uses for it as a drink that alters consciousness.

How to Make Blue Tea

You have two options for making it: either you soak the flowers in hot water manually, or you buy it already made and packaged in tea bags.

Simply brew the plant, as you would with any other tea, if you choose to make it yourself. Allow it to sit for 15 to 20 minutes, then consume the liquid in 5 to 10 minutes.

You need about 5 grams to start feeling some affects. Simply use 10 grams for a greater dose.

Be prepared to unwind in a comfortable setting because the effects will linger for about two to three hours.
