This is a framed picture...AND a speaker! It is a picture of a colorful canal with a black and silver frame. It measures 22x22x2 inches. It has been tested and works. It is preowned and has a few marks, scratches and there is a nick in the upper corner of the frame (please look at pictures). Could not find a brand or any manufacture markings. Requires speaker wire (not included).
