VTG 1998 Talking Bear in Witch Costume I Love Chocolate My Favorite Co. Plush.

When you squeeze the bear’s hand he says “I Love Chocolate” while holding his little trick or treat bag. His electronic pack is sewed in, I can’t find an opening of any sort. He still works. Pretty brown fur with colorful witch costume. Bean bag bottom so he can sit. Free of any bad odors. Measures 7”, not including the hat and weighs 15oz.
