Antique Silver on Bronze Figural Carved Cabinet Frame with Hallmarks

This is an unusual and very beautiful antique cabinet picture frame. I don't know where it was made. It could be in Russia ,It could be Far Eastern, or made in a Far Eastern style. Elaborately carved, almost like a winding dragon, with figural woman finial on top. The frame stands on two lovely carved feet. It has identical hallmarks that look to me like Russian letters (if that's what they are) on the bottom center. The original hand-cut glass, velvet easel back and 3 nails (that hold the back in the frame) are all there. The frame measures 12 cm (to top of finial head) x 7 cm wide. This is probably a rare frame. I've never seen anything like it. I think it's at least 100 years old. Everything is in great condition. The only damage I see is a cm.-long missing bit of carving on the inner part of the top right corner over the glass.
