On July 27, 2018, the postal block "Mikhail Vrubel" was put into circulation in Ukraine.

Mikhail Aleksandrovich Vrubel (March 17, 1856 – April 14, 1910) was a russian painter, draughtsman, sculptor, symbolist artist, Pole by origin. An outstanding master of watercolor and oil painting. He made illustrations for books, monumental works, portraits, was fond of scenography. He left masterpieces in each branch of art.

Interesting Facts:

- The block is stamped with gold foil.

- In the ultraviolet on the block there is a pink glow of a halo and a candle (brand "Angel").

- The flower, which the girl is holding in her hand, glows bright pink on the stamp from the sheet in ultraviolet light, and remains white on the stamp in the block.
