Description
These exceptional antique Edwardian sterling silver candlesticks have plain cylindrical columnar form onto a square spreading base.
The cylindrical rounded capital of these antique silver candlesticks retain the original hallmarked push fit detachable sconces, encircled with applied bead decorated borders.
The plain cylindrical columns are supported by a square plain square swept base, ornamented with further bead decoration.
Both candlesticks have weighted bases and are fitted with green baize to the underside.
ConditionThese antique silver candlesticks are an exceptional gauge of silver for their type, excellent quality and in excellent condition.
The applied decoration is all very sharp.
Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the rim of each base are all very clear.
