Vintage 3 Tier Expandable  wood Buffet With bottom ceramic Warming Plate.  I have looked all over the Internet and could not find one like this with a warming plate.  Warming plate works.   Cord included. There are some dings  typical with normal use.  Please look carefully at all pictures before purchase.  The open measurements are 29 inches by 8 inches.  Closed  14 by 8 inches.  Both measurements include the handles.
