Mesh nylon padded harness with sturdy stitched construction. Very strong for XL dogs with HD leash. Heavy duty leash has reinforced tie-in points and padded handle making this leash strong, not flimsy and cutting like flat leashes. This is like a rope. Leash is basically reflective 3/8 paracord. Harness has front D-ring as well as two in back for equal pull on straps. Very nice harness.
