Vintage Singer Graflex Super-Bright 2 Inch f/1.4 Projection Lens Silver. Made in Japan. Looks to be in good condition although I dont know anything about lenses. I will try to answer any questions that I can. There is a mark by the 2 inch etched area, possibly adhesive.
