The issue is from a smoke free home in Near Mint- condition with no visible flaws or wear other than 6 spine ticks on the front and the back as well as a little bit of scuffing to the top and bottom left corner. See the high res pictures for details.

All comics come individually bagged and boarded and securely shipped with an extra sheet of cardboard to protect the comic.
