This is a super rare misprint Hisuian Samurott V for Sword and Shield Astral Radiance 101/189. This card looks very good from the front but when you go to flip it over to the back it is upside down and misprinted. For the condition of the card it looks really good including the it’s super rare misprint and upside feature.
