1940's ROSADA Purple Rhinestone Rhodium Finish Parure Jewelry Set Original Box

There are very few pieces of Rosada jewelry on the market. Only a few sets are seen once in a while. This set is rare and has been kept in great condition. We met the owner's daughter. This set has been in the family and well taken care of. The box is showing age and some slight staining on both the exterior box and the interior fabric. (See pictures). We were reluctant to clean this set and the person that buys it may want to take it to a jeweler to clean. It is in great condition as is (look at the pictures).  Absolutely LOVE the purple rhinestones!

Here is the little bit of info we could find on Rosada:

First of all, the word Rosada is Spanish for the word "feminine" or "pink". This set is definitely feminine! Rosada jewelry appears to only have been made from 1940-1960's. Most of the jewelry was not marked; however, they were sold in sets such as this one with an original box.

The earrings in this set are screw backs. All of the rhinestones in the necklace, bracelet and earrings are matching with this lovely shade of purple. The Rhodium finish is beautiful on all of the pieces and produce a nice silver finish to each piece. The necklace has an adjustable back with a j-hook.

Measurements:

Necklace: 15 inches long

Bracelet: 6 inches long for a 3” diameter

Please look at our eBay store as we are listing another Rosada set as well. These will not last!
