All item (s) ship from Malaysia directly by Fedex Express or DHL Express with Trekking Number.Only use EXPEDITED SHIPPING.

Please save packaging if item has shipping damage, may request pictures/videos to file reimbursement from shipping service.
If item has already shipped and you decide you do not want it, item will be accepted in the same condition it was shipped. Refund will be given Minus Original Shipping Cost incurred by us based on following terms and conditions:
- a) The item must be returned within period as stipulated in the listing and return shipping cost will incurred by buyer.
- b) Items to be returned should be in original condition, unused, uninstalled, or without any missing part or damaged on the retail packaging.
- c) We will not be responsible if return shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.
We will issue a refund within 2 days of the item being delivered and in satisfied conditions. If these conditions are not fulfilled, or anything unreasonable, it will NOT be accepted for returns.
