How to use:
Before using your Micro Mic, you need to charge the rechargeable battery. During the charging process, the LED indicator will show a red light. When fully charged, the LED light will still be red, but interrupted by a green blink every 2 seconds. Please note that the empty battery will typically take 3 hours to fully charge. It is safe to leave it charging overnight for the battery cannot be overcharged. To turn the Micro Mic on, press and hold the power button until the LED turns green. After releasing the power button, the LED will blink green every 2 seconds.
To pair the Micro Mic, make sure your Micro Mic is turned on and you hearing instruments are turned off. Open the battery doors and with the tip of a pen (or similar object), press the pairing button once. The LED will now blink orange once every 2 seconds to indicate that your Micro Mic is ready to be paired in channel 1. Your Micro Mic will remain in pairing mode for 2 seconds.
While in pairing mode, close the battery doors. A successful pairing will be indicated by an audible melody being played in both hearing instruments and the LED turning orange for 3 seconds. For individuals using more than one streaming device, press the pairing button twice for channel 2, and thrice for channel 3. The LED will blink yellow two or three times depending on the channel.
Streaming can be started and stopped in one of three ways.
- Press and hold the toggle button on both hearing instruments for about 3 seconds to listen to a streamed audio signal. If ear-to-ear coordination is activated in your hearing instruments, you only must activate streaming on one of the hearing instruments. In some ReSound models, you may be able to start streaming with a single press of the push button. To stop streaming, push the program button on your hearing instruments once.
- If you have a ReSound Unite remote control (optional accessory), simply press the streaming button. To stop streaming, press the P button, located in the centre of the pad. You can also press the home button to return to the default settings.
- If you use a ReSound app offering remote control functionality, select the Micro Mic program to start and stop streaming.
To turn the Micro Mic off, press and hold the power button until the LED turns red. Please note that if the battery level is low, the LED will blink orange once every second.

UK Delivery
All orders in the UK are delivered using Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch the same working day for all orders made before 2pm.
All deliveries made outside of the UK are classified as "international" deliveries.
Our international deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail International services. All deliveries are subject to rules and restrictions in the receiving country. Delivery times can vary between 5-7 days.
Additional recipient custom clearance charges are subject and applicable dependant on your country of origin.

Returns & Warranty
Hearing Aid Accessories honour both our own and eBay returns policies. We are happy to offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy.

· All items returned in a re-sellable condition (i.e., in the original packaging) can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Exclusions will apply to opened consumable products (wax traps, domes, C&C Range, maintenance products, tubing products, receivers, masks etc.) for hygiene purposes.
· Returns postage cost within the UK - when returning items to our warehouse, we can provide a free post Royal Mail returns label via your eBay returns request or eBay messaging. Original postage costs are not included in the refund of the purchase. This applies to UK orders only.
· Returns postage cost internationally - as a UK-based company, we cannot provide international returns labels and you will be required to pay the returns postage for all international orders. Your refund will include the original postage costs paid at time of order if the item becomes faulty under warranty or damaged in transit. (Please see below for our faulty product return policy).
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This includes custom products such as CENS, and hearing protection products.
We advise to check whether the product you wish to purchase is compatible with your hearing aid device/devices before completing the purchase. As soon as a consumable product is opened, it becomes non-returnable for health and hygiene purposes.
Please note that all refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your bank account after the product has been successfully received at our warehouse.
Faulty Products:
If your product has a manufacturing fault and is still under warranty, you can return or exchange this item within 30 days of purchase.
An alternative service for faulty items is the free check-in service. This involves sending the item back to the manufacturer to have the fault investigated, and either repaired or replaced.
After the 30-day return/exchange period, we will need to contact the manufacturer on your behalf to have your device serviced in line with the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranty.

In cases where the product is faulty, Hearing Aid Accessories will be able to pay for the postage costs (UK orders only). A returns prepaid label will be provided via email.
Repairs:
If Hearing Aid Accessories is arranging the repair of your item (in line with the manufacturers warranty), we require that the item be returned to our warehouse to be we passed on to the manufacturer. We are also able to provide you with a UK pre-paid returns label.
Damaged Product:
Please take care when opening/handling all products as we are not able to return or exchange items if they have been damaged by user mishandling/misuse.
