With the Smart Transmitter you no longer need to have the TV extra loud and disturb others in your home. The Smart Transmitter from WS Audiology allows the audio from your TV to directly stream into your hearing aids.

You can also connect multiple hearing aids with the Smart Transmitter using the build in Bluetooth technology.

Pairing with your Hearing Aids:

With an easy 3 step pairing you can stream your audio from your Smart Transmitter TV Streamer within minutes. Just follow the below simple steps.

  1. Turn on your Smart Transmitter
  2. Switch the hearing aids off and on
  3. Place both hearing aids on the Smart Transmitter

The pairing process starts automatically. As soon as pairing is complete, both LED displays turn blue for about 30 seconds.

You only need to pair your aids and Smart Transmitter once, no need to pair each time you turn you TV on.

Taking a Phone Call:

You can also take a phone call during your TV viewing as the Smart Transmitter is compatible with other Smart Mic. Your Smart Mic (sold separately) works in combination with the Smart Transmitter, when a phone call come through you Smart Mic a ringtone will sound into your hearing aids. As soon as your phone call is accepted the TV audio will automatically stop and re-commence automatically when your call is ended.

UK Delivery

All orders in the UK are delivered using Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch the same working day for all orders made before 2pm.



All deliveries made outside of the UK are classified as "international" deliveries.


Our international deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail International services. All deliveries are subject to rules and restrictions in the receiving country. Delivery times can vary between 5-7 days.


Additional recipient custom clearance charges are subject and applicable dependant on your country of origin.

Returns & Warranty

Hearing Aid Accessories honour both our own and eBay returns policies. We are happy to offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy.

Please see below for our terms and conditions -

· All items returned in a re-sellable condition (i.e., in the original packaging) can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

       Exclusions will apply to opened consumable products (wax traps, domes, C&C Range, maintenance products, tubing products, receivers, masks etc.) for hygiene purposes.

· Returns postage cost within the UK - when returning items to our warehouse, we can provide a free post Royal Mail returns label via your eBay returns request or eBay messaging. Original postage costs are not included in the refund of the purchase. This applies to UK orders only.

· Returns postage cost internationally - as a UK-based company, we cannot provide international returns labels and you will be required to pay the returns postage for all international orders. Your refund will include the original postage costs paid at time of order if the item becomes faulty under warranty or damaged in transit. (Please see below for our faulty product return policy).


Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This includes custom products such as CENS, and hearing protection products.

We advise to check whether the product you wish to purchase is compatible with your hearing aid device/devices before completing the purchase. As soon as a consumable product is opened, it becomes non-returnable for health and hygiene purposes.

Please note that all refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your bank account after the product has been successfully received at our warehouse. 


Faulty Products:

If your product has a manufacturing fault and is still under warranty, you can return or exchange this item within 30 days of purchase.

An alternative service for faulty items is the free check-in service. This involves sending the item back to the manufacturer to have the fault investigated, and either repaired or replaced.

After the 30-day return/exchange period, we will need to contact the manufacturer on your behalf to have your device serviced in line with the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranty.

Please refer to your user guide on the manufacturers warranty and read all terms and conditions applied.

In cases where the product is faulty, Hearing Aid Accessories will be able to pay for the postage costs (UK orders only). A returns prepaid label will be provided via email.


Repairs:

If Hearing Aid Accessories is arranging the repair of your item (in line with the manufacturers warranty), we require that the item be returned to our warehouse to be we passed on to the manufacturer. We are also able to provide you with a UK pre-paid returns label.


Damaged Product:

Please take care when opening/handling all products as we are not able to return or exchange items if they have been damaged by user mishandling/misuse.
