Whether you are listening to music, and audio book, making a phone call or just simply having a 1 to 1 conversation with a friend or family member. The audio is streamed direct into your hearing aids with ease.
You only need to pair with your hearing aids and Bluetooth devices once. Once paired the StreamLine Mic will automatically detect your aids and the chosen device when switched on, charged and within range.
The StreamLine Mic provides up to 6 hours battery runtime with full functionality, i.e. continuous streaming. Full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

Taking a Phone Call:
By simply paring your StreamLine Mic with your mobile using the Bluetooth technology you can answer and decline phone calls. When you phone rings you will hear a ringtone through your hearing aids, with one touch of a button you can accept this call.
The audio from the phone call is then streamed direct to your hearing aids. You can even accept the phone call without taking your phone our of your pocket. With one touch you end the call when ready.
When you are connected to your Signia StreamLine TV accessory you can instantly take calls without having to turn off the TV sound.
Using as Wireless Stereo Headphones:
Pair this device with your hearing aids using the Bluetooth setting. Simply open the audio source on your chosen Bluetooth device and start playing. The audio is steamed direct to your aid using high quality stereo sound.
You can pause and restart your audio using the buttons on the StreamLine Mic. You can even take phone calls; the call will automatically transmit through the Mic and you can accept this call using the Mic. Giving you an ultimate hands-free experience.
When ending the call your audio will automatically restart.
Remote Microphone Setting:
When in challenging and noisy environments you can ask your conversational partner to wear the StreamLine Mic. You as the hearing aid wearer can then stream the persons voice directly into your hearing aids. Even from a distance of up to 20 meters, as if the speaker was standing right next to you.

UK Delivery
All orders in the UK are delivered using Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch the same working day for all orders made before 2pm.
All deliveries made outside of the UK are classified as "international" deliveries.
Our international deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail International services. All deliveries are subject to rules and restrictions in the receiving country. Delivery times can vary between 5-7 days.
Additional recipient custom clearance charges are subject and applicable dependant on your country of origin.

Returns & Warranty
Hearing Aid Accessories honour both our own and eBay returns policies. We are happy to offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy.
Please see below for our terms and conditions -
· All items returned in a re-sellable condition (i.e., in the original packaging) can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Exclusions will apply to opened consumable products (wax traps, domes, C&C Range, maintenance products, tubing products, receivers, masks etc.) for hygiene purposes.
· Returns postage cost within the UK - when returning items to our warehouse, we can provide a free post Royal Mail returns label via your eBay returns request or eBay messaging. Original postage costs are not included in the refund of the purchase. This applies to UK orders only.
· Returns postage cost internationally - as a UK-based company, we cannot provide international returns labels and you will be required to pay the returns postage for all international orders. Your refund will include the original postage costs paid at time of order if the item becomes faulty under warranty or damaged in transit. (Please see below for our faulty product return policy).
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This includes custom products such as CENS, and hearing protection products.
We advise to check whether the product you wish to purchase is compatible with your hearing aid device/devices before completing the purchase. As soon as a consumable product is opened, it becomes non-returnable for health and hygiene purposes.
Please note that all refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your bank account after the product has been successfully received at our warehouse.
Faulty Products:
If your product has a manufacturing fault and is still under warranty, you can return or exchange this item within 30 days of purchase.
An alternative service for faulty items is the free check-in service. This involves sending the item back to the manufacturer to have the fault investigated, and either repaired or replaced.
After the 30-day return/exchange period, we will need to contact the manufacturer on your behalf to have your device serviced in line with the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranty.
Please refer to your user guide on the manufacturers warranty and read all terms and conditions applied.
In cases where the product is faulty, Hearing Aid Accessories will be able to pay for the postage costs (UK orders only). A returns prepaid label will be provided via email.
Repairs:
If Hearing Aid Accessories is arranging the repair of your item (in line with the manufacturers warranty), we require that the item be returned to our warehouse to be we passed on to the manufacturer. We are also able to provide you with a UK pre-paid returns label.
Damaged Product:
Please take care when opening/handling all products as we are not able to return or exchange items if they have been damaged by user mishandling/misuse.
