The issue is from a smoke free home in Near Mint condition with no visible flaws or wear other than 2 non-color breaking spine ticks on the front cover and a few micro ticks on the back cover. See the high res pictures for details.

All comics come individually bagged and boarded and securely shipped with an extra sheet of cardboard to protect the comic.
