Almost all of these movies are in excellent condition, however they are used and a few may show some minor scuffing, but all should play fine with no issues. Any that were damaged were thrown away. Same with the jewel cases, most are in excellent condition but a few may have some usage/storage wear. Any labeled 'NEW' are indeed new and sealed in plastic. If you have any problems with your DVD or are not happy with the case, please contact us to make it right. The pictures listed are the actual pictures of what is being sold.
