This is an elegant easy on/off harness for a small pet, dog, cat, or puppy.  It is very well made in the USA, fully lined, washable, and it has hook and loop closures at the neck and chest.  The cotton fabric has ornaments embellished with metallic gold on red as shown in the picture.  The lining is red.  The trim is red with a double bell charm in green and red with rhinestones and a sturdy welded "d" ring.   Shipping is USPS first class mail package with tracking.  

***NOTE*** - Again, please be sure to measure your pet very carefully before purchasing to be sure this size is right and avoid a return due to size.  The harness neck measures approximately 9.5" around and the girth on the chest is approximately 12".   The hook and loop on the chest and the neck straps allow for about 1/4 - 1/2" adjustment plus or minus.

Returns:  Unless otherwise stated, items are sold as is without any expressed or implied guarantee and are not eligible for refund.  Of course there are always those circumstances where there will be exceptions and they will be handled on an as needed basis.  When there is a return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

 

Combined Shipping:  I am always happy to combine shipping for multiple auctions won when possible within a reasonable period of time.  If you are bidding on multiple auctions, please let me know that you would like everything shipped together.

Ending Auctions: Once a bid has been placed on an auction I will not end the auction unless for some reason the item becomes lost or damaged to the extent that it is not fit for sale.  If there are no bids on an item, I will be happy to revise the item to a buy it now, when possible.
