It is in working condition but doesn't have a connector for connecting to the telephone network. This type of stationary telephone is designed to receive only incoming calls. Usually, such stationary phones were used in government agencies. Even nowadays, this desk telephone can be seen in clerk's offices in the Ukrainian government.
