- Features and informations about this pen:You are bidding for a Elysee fountain pen from the 1990ties.
This factory was opened in 1925 in Pforzheim by Paul Dummert.
The new owners ( 1970 Mr. W Klein and Mr Benziger ) decided in 1980 that it is expedient for the company to have its own brand and the name Elysee was conceived.
The pen in the auction will come in metal .
The nibsize of that pen is M and the nib is made from steel.
It has a very very special engraving: U.S.$ 600.000.000 Commonwealth of Australia Floating rate notes Due 1998.
The pen is from the 1990ties.
In 2000 the factory Elysee stoped to produce pens, so there won´t come new models anymore.
Interesting is that this factory was distributed in the 1980ties by Montblanc.
The fountainpen has got a cartridge system and weill come with a converter too.
The pen measure about 5,35 inches and is still boxed
