We strive to combine expertise from a certified Jeweler Gemologist and meticulous standards for inspection with the latest in fine jewelry design and innovation. • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• US customers won't pay Customs fees as Israel and the US have signed a Free Trading Agreement stating 0% Customs on fine jewelry. State taxes may apply. EU customers will probably be subjected to VAT / Customs / Duty.
• International delivery to some countries take about 3-10 working business days, due to customs clearance at Airport and time during flight transit. Sometimes customs of your country will contact you to ask for few clearance documents. Please allow ample time to complete international transactions. All products include a 180 Day Warranty.

WHAT REPAIRS AND SERVICES ARE COVERED? 180 Day Warrant covers all inspections, defects in materials, workmanship, covered repairs and services to the jewelry. This includes parts and labor necessary to fix problems which have occurred during normal usage of the jewelry, consistent with the conditions for which it was designed. Depending on the type of jewelry, the plan would include resizing or re-shanking of rings, clasp replacement, repair of broken chains, repair of worn or broken prongs, repair of broken earring posts or other similar repairs. During the duration of the warranty you have the option to ship the jewelry to us two separate times for inspection, cleaning, and polishing to restore the natural beauty of your item, otherwise warranty is voided. Minor scratches that occur from normal wear will also be removed in this process.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED? Jewelry that has been damaged as a result of excessive or abusive treatment. Warranty is voided on rings that have been reset or if labor has been performed on the item by another jeweler. This Plan also does not cover loss, theft, accidental abuse, damage resulting to the jewelry from loss, act of god, stones over 1/5ct, or any consequential damages or loss of use resulting from the broken or damaged jewelry.

If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. Returns must be made 60 days from the day you received your item. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping fee unless the item was damaged when received or wrong item was sent.
