Your Order
Please remember to send us the relevant information for your card upon purchase to avoid delay in posting your item (IE: name, relation, age if required). This can be sent via message to seller or an email upon purchase. If you have purchased a photo image card, please send your photos via email after purchase.
All cards are printed on quality gloss card and are A5 sized (A4 folded in half). Cards come with a white envelope and are posted in a boardback envelope to prevent damage in transit.
We are happy to post direct to the recipient if you wish. Please state this in the message to seller upon purchase and send us an email with the new address.

Personalpolly is a family business supplying cards with that special added touch. We have cards for many genres, hobbies and enthusiasts and if you cannot find a suitable card design, please do not hesitate to contact us with your ideas (If you have would like it, you can bet someone else would like it too).
All ours cards are personalisable in every way meaning you can alter the wording or greeting on our adverts however you wish and if you would like to add any special touches, just contact us via message to seller.
Delivery
Our cards are dispatched via royal mail second class for free but buyers are able to upgrade to first class postage for an additional £0.30p by clicking the postage options upon purchase and choosing the first class option.

In the highly unlikely event, there is an issue with your card in any way, please contact us as soon as possible and our friendly team will endeavour to rectify the problem.
