The poster was created by KOTKOV ERNEST IVANOVICH (1931-2012) - Famous Soviet Ukrainian graphic artist, poster artist, artist of monumental and decorative art. Member of the Union of Artists of the Ukrainian SSR (1958)

In 1955 he graduated from the Kiev Art Institute, studied with V. Kasiyan and F. Samusev. He worked in the field of posters and monumental and decorative arts. For a long time he worked at the Kiev plant of the monumental and decorative art association "Artist".

Three times the monumental and decorative sculptures of Kotkov were named the best works of the year by the decision of the Art Council of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. The artist was twice nominated for the USSR State Prize.

Since the 1990s, the artist has held more than ten personal exhibitions in Kiev, as well as abroad - in Bulgaria, Great Britain, Germany, Holland and Luxembourg.
