SHIPMENT TRACKING:

A confirmation from Jars Sports will be sent to you with tracking number once your order is processed and shipped. By which you can track your shipment, the tracking of the shipment is available up to 24-48 hours from the time of shipment dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL STORE SHIPPING COUNTRY:

All the orders placed at our international store will be shipped from Dubai UAE. So customers have to pay all the extra duties, taxes and other tariffs with in their countries.  Jars Sports will not be responsible for any extra fee, taxes or duties.

DISCLAIMER:

Customers from outside UAE are responsible for the legal delivery into their respective countries, as the orders shipped to those countries may be subject to import duties, taxes and other tariffs. Although it may not be the case with most of the countries, but due to different custom rules and regulations in different countries, the customer may pay an additional cost of custom duties. To avoid any inconvenience with your shipment at your destination, it is highly recommended to know about the custom rules and regulations imposed in your own country.

All the additional custom clearance charges and import duties under all our product shipping is paid by the customer, however if the parcel is returned because the customer was not located by the courier, or is returned by the custom authorities from destination countries, we refund these orders without shipping and the return shipping fee.

You can return any unsuitable items to us within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please complete the returns form and post your item(s) to the address. Please ensure that all returned items are unworn and in their original condition.

Please allow 5 working days for your return / exchange to be processed, in busy periods this may take longer - up to a maximum of 14 working days.

Please note that returning unsuitable goods is at your own expense. If you are returning a product due to an error on our part, please contact us before making your return to arrange your return shipping.
