Damaged on Arrival
USPS/ FedEx/ UPS Shipments(Shipments under 150lbs)
If in fact an item arrives damaged via USPS, FedEx, or UPS please contact by email as soon as possible. Items shipped with these carriers listed are insured up to $100. If your item is valued at more than that you are responsible for purchasing additional insurance.
LTL/ Freight Shipments(Shipments over 150lbs)
Engines, Transmissions, Rear Ends, Differentials can be crated(Completely covered in wood) for an additional $100. Otherwise will be palletized (steel banded, blocked, and shrink wrapped).
Please look over skid and/or crate to insure there is no visible damage before signing and/or accepting for. If in fact freight is damaged you MUST REFUSE shipment!
LTL/ Freight Shipments “quoted” price includes business to business shipping with out lift gate service.( That means you have to have a forklift, loading dock, or other means of removing skid without the assistance of the driver. Other wise lift gate service can be added for an additional $100.00. If shipping to residence with or without lift gate service you will need an additional quote.
International Shipments
Will ship “most” products to “most” countries at buyers request. “Buyer” is responsible for any fees, duties, and/or tariffs associated with shipment.
Returns
ALL ITEMS come with a 30 day return, from the date in which the item was received. BUYER pays return shipping fees. (Except Electrical items). Electrical items such as ECU’S, TCM’S, ignition coils and/or components, air bags, as well as all other electrical items are sold “as is”.
Warranty
All used items come with an industry standard guarantee of 90 Days from the date in which item was received.( Excludes electrical items)
Taxes
eBay will charge and collect state sales tax from the state in which the item(s) we’re shipped to. Will NOT provide EIN or tax number for International shipments.
