This is a vintage 1970s Wilson Jones DubLock rack for housing catalog sheets. It operates similarly to a three-ring binder. Each base holds six 1" capacity ring channels. Rings open and close without having to remove ring channel from the base platform. DublLock mechanism has three trigger positions: lock, unlock & open. Ring channels are easily snapped in place or removed. There are obvious light signs of wear from usage and age (LIKE NEW) See description and pictures Made in the USA.
It measures approximately 28.5" wide with both wingtips opened, 12.5' tall, and the base is 13" deep.  (12  1" Sections)
