Another great feature is that no RPM modules are needed! The RPM activation points are programmed by simply scrolling through the LED display to your desired RPM amounts. The switch has two outputs; one normally open, the other is normally closed. It can be programmed from 200 RPM to 15000 RPM in 100 RPM increments. In order to qualify for warranty you need to provide us with detailed pictures of the issue and a description of what is happening.
We then send this information to manufacturer for their decision either to grant or reject the warranty.
If warranty is granted we need the item to be sent back with return instructions provided. Once delivered and inspected we then send out a replacement.
Shipping is paid by the BUYER both ways to and from manufacturer for all warranty issues.
If you need a replacement before sending out a defective item (ex: replacing a shock absorber) we will take a refundable deposit for an item and ship the replacement and issue a refund once you send us back the defective item and manufacturer approves the warranty.
