Good shape considering age, , inner binding is deteriorated but fold out map is in good/VG condition, no tears, etc.; (see pics)
6wo-color map, 25 1/2 x 13 inches on sheet size 27 x 14 3/4 inches, folding into 6 1/4 x 3 1/2 inch decorative cloth covered boards.
Map is in great condition to be framed...original 2-color from 1893
